Natasza Kosakowska-Berezecka
Associate Professor in the Division of Cross-Cultural Psychology and Psychology of Gender at the University of Gdańsk (Poland). Her main area of research interest are cultural cues fostering gender equality within societies across the world. She also conducts research on backlash against communal men and universality of precarious manhood.

Tomasz Besta
Works at the University of Gdańsk (Poland). His main research interest is personality and social psychology. Recently he is involved in various projects related to collective actions, crowds’ dynamic and intergroup relations. He is also exploring the consequences of personal and group identity fusion and strong group identification by conducting studies among women’s rights advocates, political activists, participants of religious events and music festivals, football fans and charity’s volunteers.

Magdalena Żadkowska
Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Gdansk, Poland. She is a researcher whose methodology is based on quantitative methods. She studies topics related to gender, intimate relationships and family. In the context of cultural differences, migration dynamics and workplace environments she focuses on couple’s relationship.

Sarah Martiny
Sarah works as a full professor in social and community psychology at the Department of Psychology, UiT The Arctic University of Norway. Her research is at the intersection of social, cultural and educational psychology. In her research she focuses on social inequality, stereotypes and discrimination, intergroup relations and well-being.

Göksu Celikkol
(PhD, 2022, University of Helsinki, Finland).
She’s a social psychologist and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Gdańsk. Her research interests include intergroup attitudes and behavior, social identities, majority-minority relations, intergroup inequality, collective action and support for social change.

Jurand Sobiecki
PhD student; University of Gdansk; religiosity, gender, evolutionary psychology, cognitive dissonance. Psychologist and medical biologist working on broadening scientific toolkit by being responsible for statistical analyses, creating scientific tools, and writing publications. Interested in remaining interdisciplinary, staying in touch with scientific developments in psychological and biological fields.

Dorota Brzezińska
PhD student; University of Gdansk (Poland)
Psychologist, educator, trainer. She studies topics related to well-being, gender stereotypes and attitudes among youngsters and adults. Her interest is also focused on cross-cultural comparisons.

Kjaersti Thorsteinsen
Kjaersti is a postdoctoral reseacher in Social Psychology at UiT The Arctic University of Norway, Tromsø. Her main research interests are the relationship between human development and wellbeing, including topics such as positive emotions, motivation and prosocial behavior.

Marte Olsen
Marte is a PhD student at UiT the Arctic University of Norway. Her main research interests are the formation of social identities and gendered norms in childhood and social inequality.

Artur Sawicki
works in the Division of Cross-Cultural Psychology and Psychology of Gender at the University of Gdańsk (Poland) and the Cross-Cultural Psychology Centre of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. His research revolves around the motive of self-enhancement, especially narcissism in its various manifestations. Currently focused on examining the role of communal narcissism in the quality of romantic relationships.

Kine Bjørneby Olsen
A student in the student research program at UiT-The Arctic University of Norway, where her current main motive will be research for EQUAMAN. Her research interests revolve around social psychology, specifically gender studies, views on gender equality and well-being.

Krzysztof Jędrzejewski
Recent graduate in psychology from the University of Gdansk. His academic interests are focused on cultural psychology and intergroup relations. He’s also keen on positive psychology. He enjoys music, photography and nature.

Marianna Mazur
She recently graduated psychology at University of Gdańsk. As part of her master’s thesis, she studied precarious manhood theory. Her main academic interests are clinical and cultural psychology. She’s also passionate about psychotherapy.

Martyna Nitek
Fourth year psychology student at the University of Gdańsk. Academically intrested in social, political and cultural psychology. Freshly passionate about data science, research methodology and science popularization.

Aleksandra Wybrańska
Fourth year psychology and first year medical biology student at University of Gdansk. She is interested in combining aspects of social psychology with neurobiological mechanisms in order to interdisciplinary look at many complex problems of science. Apart from studying, her hobbies include long walks in the woods, sewing and historical clothing.

Grześ Małek
Third year psychology student at the University of Gdańsk, specializing in psychosexology. He’s mainly interested in queer studies, with a particular focus on gender-diverse individuals.

Julia Strzałkowska
Third year student of Psychology at the University of Gdańsk. Still exploring her interests in the field, especially around social and cross-cultural psychology. She helps managing project’s social media channels

Kuba Rusek
Third-year psychology student at the University of Gdańsk. They are interested in cross-cultural and gender psychology and how video games affect the way children are raised.

Kaja Juszczenko
Third year cultural studies student at the University of Gdańsk. Responsible for creating and managing our project’s social media. Researching visual culture with a focus on queer and feminist perspectives.

Dominik Cirocki
Second year psychology student at the University of Gdansk. He is interested in social psychology and research methodology. Passionate about running workshops about mental health among adolescents.

Mikołaj Tomaszewski
Third year psychology student at the University of Gdansk. My main areas of interest are mental health determinants, addiction and rehabilitation, mental resilience and motivation. In my free time I like to pick up anything related to philosophy, society, culture or religion. I really enjoy playing the drums, however the results vary.
